This handgun was printed with a $1,725 Lulzbot 3D printer and fired for the first time above. One plastic barrel survived eight shots, and another barrel was swapped in for the ninth, before nightfall cut short further testing.

Because then they have an excuse to get more laws on the books. Keep piling them up until one day they have all the power they want. THEN the bastards will start enforcing ALL the laws they’ve been stockpiling for decades. Then everyone will realise how much liberty they’ve allowed themselves to lose by inches and degrees.

Back in the day when I was a kid we made those out of junk we found in my dad’s garage call them sip guns my point is whats the excitement about be able to print a gun there must be more important things to humanity we can come up with other than another gun.

You mean a lower receiver? The part that, under federal law, actually counts as a «firearm» and is serialized? Already been done. Not illegal (under federal law, at least).
